As the CEO and founder of Sensussoft Software Pvt Ltd, I am Vinod Kalathiya, a youthful 30-year-old entrepreneur. Established in 2014, my company started as a small software development venture but has since then experienced rapid growth to become a mid-sized and fast-growing company that offers value to businesses worldwide and nurtures long-lasting partnerships.

I am proud of the fact that I built this company from the ground up with nothing but my vision and determination. Every obstacle I face is an opportunity for me to learn and grow, which I then use to drive the continued success of the company.

I am passionate about finding solutions to complex business problems and leading my team to execute these solutions with excellence.

My Professional Journey

I established Sensussoft in a modest 200-square-foot office with just two team members. However, with a vision to expand and become a leading software provider in the region, I relocated operations to Surat and added two new partners who greatly contributed to our growth. As demand for our services increased, we rapidly grew our team to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Today, 6+ years after Sensussoft's founding, we have a team of over 40+ full-time staff who serve more than 300 customers in 10+ countries.

As CEO, I am responsible for making strategic decisions for the company and ensuring the well-being of my team. Our team is dedicated and driven, which is reflected in the seamless day-to-day operations of the company and the valuable services we provide to our clients.
