1. Cost Related compliances include Cost Audits, Cost Record Preparation mandated by MCA to various industries.
2. Cost and Management Consultancy assignments include assignments like advising clients on costing of their products, pricing, cost reduction, cost optimization, structuring of pricing contracts, evaluation of new products viability, evaluation of whole new projects etc.

• He started his career with Citi Group. Gained experience by understanding the company’s lending policy and sophisticated processes to prevent the event of fraud. Then, he joined GHF Group, a UK based MNC where he enhanced his experience by trading in Derivatives of fixed income instruments like Euribor and German bonds.
• He then worked with a merchant banker in the areas of Private Equity, IPO and Project Financing. He undertook preparation of Valuation Reports, Company and Industry Comparison Reports, Financial Modeling and Analysis, Drafting of Information Memorandum and DRHP, Due Diligence Report etc.
• He gained 3 years of invaluable experience at Vodafone, the world's largest telecom company at that time. His role encompassed a deep understanding of Vodafone's intricate accounting processes, spanning departments such as P2P, O2C, TCM, L2D, R2R, MDA, UAM, and Testing. Proficiency in SAP further enhanced his expertise. Notably, he earned a "Six Sigma Yellow Belt" by leading various cost reduction and automation initiatives, significantly enhancing processes using tools like Excel, Access, and Macros. He also played a vital role in establishing finance operations for Vodafone's innovative MPaisa - Mobile to Mobile Money Transfer vertical. Collaborating with banks, IT partner IBM, and the Mpaisa team, he ensured seamless integration within Indian regulatory frameworks.
