What is the one sentence pitch of your venture?

Waste to petroleum and energy with zero emission

Tell us more about your team?

We are group of young IT professionals who are now dedicated in strengthening environment and economy by our very own waste which is generated in our country. I (Himanshu Singh) founder of RadRap started this company with a vision of developing such a product which can solve environmental problems without any emission and should not require any external energy resources. This will strengthen our environment and economy both and also provide more and more employment to the backward class people in the employment hierarchy.

How did you come up with the idea of your venture?

I came up with this idea when I was traveling near Gurgaon where I saw a hill which was almost 9 storeys tall and that was the result of waste accumulation and dumping. I felt really bad when foreigners were laughing at this and they where looking at us as an example and taking suitable measure to not let that happen in their country. So why can't we think of that. This led to the birth of RadRap with a very big vision of solving environmental problems as well as solving the energy problem worldwide.

What problem are you solving?

We are focusing on the biggest problem that is waste and coming up with environment friendly recycling methods to tackle those.

How does it work?

We currently recycle waste into energy and petroleum products.


What is your target market?

Our target market is our very own society and organisations which are generating huge amount of waste.

What is your competitive advantage?

Currently we have patent for our machines and no one has come up with this kind of machine which runs on its own and doest not polluted our environment in any manner.

How do you plan to market your product? What are your customer acquisition strategies?

We have collaborated with some societies and corporates where we are managing their waste and providing them with better waste management solutions.

What is the revenue model of your venture?

We sell the end product which is petroleum to Genset and DG pumps which require diesel to run as our product is equivalent to the exact diesel which we get in petrol pumps.

What sort of support and feedback are you looking from the community?

We just want that people should get more literate in terms of atleast segregation of waste at their very home and workplace. This will make our task much more easier and together we can save environment and economy.
