Khalid has an entire gamut of talent and experience of human resource management which he has effectively and efficiently applied to the organizations he has been associated with. He is adaptable to the ambiguous, fast growing and constantly changing environment and has earned the reputation of a pioneer in the field. He is a Certified Executive Coach from N. E. W. S Coaching & Training Ltd and has done a Certified Coach for Hogan Assessments as well. He has coached leaders form organizations like MAX Estates and Uflex Ltd.

Khalid holds experience in diverse industries like Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, Service and Consulting. He has held roles like Regional Manager (North & East India) at DHL Worldwide Express, Business HR manager at ICI Paints and General Manager – HR at Jubilant Life Sciences.
